Lara joined Financial Plans & Strategies, Inc., in 1996 having managed a promotions company in San Francisco where she lived with her husband before being transferred to Indiana with her husband's company. She has worked in many capacities for the firm beginning with receptionist then on to administrative assistant, lead securities processor, planning assistant, office manager.
She is now a minority owner of the firm and the Chief Compliance Officer. She is a Registered Investment Advisor and holds her Professional Plan Consultant designation.
