Since joining the firm in 1996, she has built an extensive, ground-up understanding of the company's operations by serving in numerous foundational roles, including office manager, planning assistant, and lead securities processor. Lara holds the Professional Plan Consultant designation, bringing decades of deep operational and regulatory expertise to the leadership team. Prior to relocating to Indiana, she successfully managed a promotions company in San Francisco.
